As a leading Animal Health company, we are expanding our poultry business portfolio with a high-quality European vaccine line.

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven professionals to join our commercial and promotional teams across Egypt.

1. Line Sales Manager (LSM)

Lead the strategic and commercial direction of the poultry vaccine business line.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute national sales strategy for the vaccine portfolio.
* Lead, coach and monitor field force performance.
* Build strong relationships with key accounts and poultry integrators.
* Coordinate with marketing, technical and supply chain teams.
* Drive sales growth, market pe*******on and profitability.

📌 Ideal Profile:

* Veterinary Medicine degree required.
* Strong experience in poultry animal health industry.
* Proven leadership in sales management.
* Strategic thinking with excellent business acumen.

2. Area Manager (AM)

Drive regional business growth and manage field ex*****on.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve regional sales targets and market expansion.
* Supervise and develop supervisors and representatives.
* Monitor field activities, customer coverage and KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with veterinarians and distributors.
* Ensure effective implementation of company strategies.

📌 Ideal Profile:

* Veterinary Medicine degree required.
* Experience in poultry pharmaceutical or vaccine sector.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.

3. Supervisor (S)

Ensure effective field ex*****on and follow-up.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Support and coach Scientific Medical Representatives.
* Follow up sales activities and customer visits.
* Monitor territory performance and reporting.
* Assist in technical meetings and promotions.
* Ensure monthly objectives and coverage plans.

📌 Ideal Profile:

* Veterinary Medicine degree required.
* Solid field experience in poultry health industry.
* Strong follow-up and field management skills.

4. Scientific Medical Representative (SMR)

Promote poultry vaccine portfolio through scientific engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct visits to veterinarians, farms and distributors.
* Deliver scientific presentations and product detailing.
* Build customer relationships.
* Monitor market feedback and competitors.
* Achieve sales and coverage targets.

📌 Ideal Profile:

* Veterinary Medicine degree required.
* Passion for field work and customer interaction.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
