Elite Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Team Leader - ARCH to join our Technical Office team! If you’re passionate about architecture, team leadership, and delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, we’d love to connect with you.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools

Proven experience working on residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects

Strong leadership and team management skills

Fluent in English

Ability to develop design concepts and coordinate with other disciplines

Experience in managing design & shop drawings, technical documentation, and specifications

- Lead and manage the architectural team within the Technical Office
- Ensure all project objectives align with technical deliverables
- Act as the technical focal point for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with internal design teams to integrate creative and technical solutions
