63 old male suffering from dysphagia for 2 months went to ent doctor who sayed its quinsy in right side and made incision under local anesthesia no improvement happened at all ,
Came to my clinic after 2 wks after incision and the edges are still open
Ultrasound were suspicious ,CT with contrast was done ,
Also suspicious finally MRI with contrast
Was Ordered ,excisional biopsy was the recommendation
And full lab was ordered to perform surgery .
DD??
Benign or malignant??
