الشروط:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال التشطيبات المعمارية.
• خبرة قوية في إدارة مواقع التنفيذ ومتابعة جودة الأعمال.
• القدرة على التنسيق بين المقاولين والاستشاريين والموردين.
• إجادة التعامل مع الرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات الفنية.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد والدقة في الأداء.
