سرعة القطع

سرعة القطع مصطلح يُشير إلى سرعة إزالة المادة بواسطة أداة القطع. تُقاس المسافة التي تقطعها أداة القطع داخل قطعة العمل بالمتر (م) في الدقيقة.

إذا كانت سرعة الدوران ثابتة، فكلما زاد قطر قطعة العمل، زادت سرعة القطع.

0.1 متر في المحيط

(المسافة المقطوعة في دورة واحدة لأداة القطع).

0.2 متر في المحيط

(المسافة المقطوعة في دورة واحدة لأداة القطع).

عند ثبات سرعة القطع، كلما قل قطر قطعة العمل، زادت سرعة الدوران.

Cutting speed

The cutting speed is a term that refers to the speed at which material is removed with the cutting edge. The amount that the cutting edge moves into the workpiece is represented as metres (m) per minute.

If the RPM is fixed then the larger the workpiece diameter becomes the higher the cutting speed.

0.1m in circumference

(=Distance machined in one rotation of tool.)

0.2m in circumference

(=Distance machined in one rotation of tool.)



At a constant cutting speed, the smaller the workpiece diameter, the faster the RPM becomes.

إعادة السن الاندميلات

يمكن إعادة السن الاندميلات التفريز الصلبة والملحومة. عند إجراء عمليات التشغيل وتآكل حافة القطع، يمكن إعادة استخدام الاندميلات التفريز بعد إعادة السن . تتطلب الاندميلات التفريز إعادة السن كل من حافة القطع المحيطية وحافة القطع النهائية.

Regrinding

Solid end mills and brazed end mills can be reground. When machining is carried out and wear of the cutting edge develops, if regrinding is carried out the end mills can be reused. End mills require regrinding of both the peripheral cutting edge and the end cutting edge.

اندميلات بفصوص قابل للتغيير

اندميلات بفصوص قابل للتغيير هي اندميلات طرفية تستخدم فصوص قابلة للتغيير كحافة قاطعة.

يتم تثبيت هذه فصوص باستخدام مسمار أو كلامب تثبيت. تتميز اندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغيير بأنها اقتصادية، حيث لا يحتاج المستخدم إلا إلى استبدال فصوص البالية.

ميزات اندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغيير

تشمل اندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغييرالنوع المربع والنوع الكروي.

مقارنةً اندميلات كربيد ، تُستخدم اندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغيير بشكل أكثر شيوعًا في عمليات التشغيل الهد والتشطيب شبه النهائي. ومن ميزاتها الأخرى ما يلي:

- الاستغناء عن إعادة الشحذ. (يمكن إعادة شحذ بعض الفصوص).

- إمكانية اختيار خامات الفص وزواياه وفقًا للخامع ، دون الحاجة إلى تغيير جسم القاطع.

- تحتوي اندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغيير على فتحات تبريد في جسم القاطع لتحسين خصائص التخلص من الرايش.

توجد أشكال هندسية مختلفة لاندميلات بفصوص القابلة للتغيير وفقًا للتطبيقات، بما في ذلك نوع حافة القطع الطويلة التي تتيح طحن التجاويف والجيوب، ونوع الطحن متعدد الوظائف الذي يستخدم حافة قطع مركزية سفلية تسمح بطحن التغذية الرأسية.
Indexable end mills

Indexable end mills are end mills that use indexable inserts as the cutting edge.

These inserts are located using clamp screws or clamp bridges. Indexable end mills are economical as the customer need only change the worn inserts.



Features of Indexable end mills

IIndexable end mills include square type and ball nose type.

Compared to solid end mills, indexable end mills are more often used for roughing and semi-finishing. Other features are as follow.

- Eliminate regrinding. (Some inserts can be reground.)

- Can choose an insert grade and a chip breaker according to a material, without the need to change the body.

- Indexable end mills have coolant holes in the body to increase chip disposal properties.



There are various geometries of indexable end mills according to applications, including long cutting edge type enabling cavity and pocket milling, and multi functional milling type that uses a bottom centre cutting edge allowing vertical feed milling.
