ABOUT THE ROLE

BuzzCX Global is seeking high-energy, bilingual sales professionals to join our international team in a 100% Remote (Work from Home) capacity. This specialized role combines a premium local base salary with uncapped foreign currency commissions, making it an exceptional opportunity for fluent Italian speakers. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will engage with Italian-speaking global clients to pitch services, manage inquiries, and close deals. You will drive the entire sales cycle digitally, requiring a high level of self-motivation, persuasive communication, and a results-driven mindset. This position is completely virtual, allowing you to work from any quiet location in Egypt. You will operate on a fixed international schedule from Monday to Friday (with Saturday and Sunday off). The working hours are scheduled within a daytime window from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Egypt Time. Each shift includes an exceptionally generous 90-minute break, allowing you to rest and recharge throughout the day without any overnight shift requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced fluency in Italian at a C1 level paired with a solid working command of English at a B2 level.
Sales experience is a must for at least 1 year.
Technical Setup: Must possess a reliable internet connection and a laptop.

BENEFITS

Basic Salary: Ranges from 30K EGP to 50K EGP Basic per month. The final salary within this range is determined during the interview process, based on your relevant experience and specific language profile.
Commission Structure: Uncapped sales commissions paid out in US Dollars (USD), providing a strong financial hedge.

Cost Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Participate in tendering, cost estimation, and pricing
Develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Track project progress vs. budget and schedule
Review invoices, variations, and claims
Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Planning)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate is a must
Strong background in Cost Control & Tendering
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
Experience in Power BI
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
