Duties:
•Receiving vacancies requests and performing the search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions.
•Screening CVs and handle face-to-face interviews.
•Referring candidates for interviews with other organizations and get their feedback, then follow up the hiring process
•Writing job advertising in various media channels.
•Head Hunting for potential candidates
•Attending employment fairs and conducting on the spot screening and interviews
•Collaborating with the clients in order to fully understand their recruitment process and needs
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor Degree in Any field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.

"External Sales" is URGENTLY needed for a multinational shipping company located in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
• Making outbound sales calls as per set call plans.
• Assist in developing the company's product catalogue driven by knowledge of clients' needs.
• Identify and secure new customers/ opportunities for the company.
• Issue and maintain quotes, contracts and agreements in sales coverage as per customer segmentation.
• Follow up on development of customers; ensure that that targeted business is achieved.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in shipping or freight forwarding is a must.
• Perfect command of English Language.
• High communication and negotiation skills.
