ConstructX has reached its final milestone, marking the conclusion of a journey that transformed ideas into real opportunities.

Following an intensive bootcamp, the program advanced into two pivotal days designed to refine concepts and elevate each individual and team’s performance. In partnership with the Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Center at Nile University (IECC) and the EDECS Foundation for Sustainable Development, the program continued to support young innovators at every stage of their journey.

During Mentorship & Development Day, finalists engaged in focused sessions with industry experts, refining their business models and strengthening their pitch decks to bring their ideas to the next level. This was followed by Judging Day, where teams took the stage to present their projects across different tracks before a distinguished jury, including Ahmed Saleh, Director of IECC, Ayman ElBadawy, CEO of EDECS Foundation, Prof. Emad Bakhoum Professor at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Asmaa Ahmed Deputy Director of IECC and Dr. Nouran Mahmoud Tawfik, Structural Engineering Specialist.
The day featured final pitches, followed by evaluation sessions and a closing networking experience that brought together participants, mentors, and industry leaders.

ConstructX, Egypt’s First Entrepreneurial Construction competition just leveled up.

The competition has officially entered its bootcamp phase, with three intensive days led by IECC experts focused on turning ideas into real solutions.
In partnership between the Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Center at Nile University (IECC) and the EDECS Foundation for Sustainable Development, the competition continues to support youth in shaping their ideas and building their future.

- Day 1 was all about thinking like an entrepreneur, with Youssef Yahya introducing the basics of entrepreneurship and design thinking to help participants understand real problems and create meaningful solutions.
- Day 2 shifted to building the business, where Leena Hisham and Aya Gamal guided participants through market research and business models to test and develop their ideas.
- Day 3 centered on pitching and refinement. Aya Gamal returned to coach participants on presenting with confidence, while Ayman Soliman, Account Manager at IECC, led a crucial session on financial planning. The day concluded with participants receiving direct, actionable feedback during intensive mentorship and demo sessions.

By the end of the bootcamp, participants weren’t just learning, they were building, testing, and pitching like real founders.
