1. Digital Fluency and AI Awareness
– Understands how AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) enhance productivity in business development and admin workflows.
– Stays up to date with trends in AI adoption in training, consultancy, and professional services sectors.

2. AI-Enhanced Productivity Tools
– Able to use AI-based tools for document drafting, meeting summaries, and proposal generation (e.g., Notion AI, Otter.ai, ChatGPT).
– Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Canva with AI features integrated.

3. Data Literacy and AI-Supported Decision Making
– Capable of interpreting dashboards, survey analytics, and feedback results.
