Business Unit Manager

Job Description:

Oversee daily business operations
Research and analyze growth opportunities
Develop, train, and evaluate employees
Report key results to respective business partners
Monitor performance and evaluate objectives versus competitors in the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry, or any relevant study
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Male or Female
Previous exposure to ophthalmic sales & marketing processes is a must
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications
Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor employees
