Configure you CME in a Successful way !
starting from DHCP going to CME SCCP [Skinny] Configuration
Step by Step

Create DHCP For your Voice Network
Exclude your static IP Addresses
MAC-CME(config) # ip dhcp excluded-address 10.10.2.1 10.10.2.10
Create DHCP Pool
MAC-CME(config) # ip dhcp pool MAC-Phones
MAC-CME(dhcp-config) # network 10.10.2.0 /24
MAC-CME (dhcp-config) # default-router 10.10.2.1
MAC-CME (dhcp-config) # option 150 ip 10.10.2.1
MAC-CME(config-telephony)

Configure CME Global Configuration
MAC-CME> enable
MAC-CME # configure terminal
MAC-CME(config) # tftp-server device : filename
MAC-CME(config) # telephony-service
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # load phone-type firmware-file
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # no auto-register
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # ip source-address 10.10.2.1 port 2000
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # Max-dn 40
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # Max-ephone 20

Configure CME Phones and Directory Numbers

Configure [Directory Numbers]
MAC-CME(config) -dn 1
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # Number 1000
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # name MAC Traning Center
MAC-CME(config)


Configure 1st Phone which has one line associated through Button Command
MAC-CME(config) 2
MAC-CME(config-ephone) -address 0011.CB22.0124
MAC-CME(config-ephone) 7911
MAC-CME(config-ephone) 1:1

Configure 2nd [Directory Numbers]

MAC-CME(config) -dn 2 dual-line
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # Number 2000
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # name MAC Traning Center 2
MAC-CME(config)

Configure 2nd Phone which has two line
Ephone 3
MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # mac-address 0012.CB22.0123
MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # type 7945
MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # Buttion 1:2

Configure 2nd [Directory Numbers]

MAC-CME(config) -dn 30 octo-line
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # Number 3000
MAC-CME( (config-ephone-dn) # name MAC Traning Center 3

Configure 3rd Phone which has eight line

Ephone 4
MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # mac-address 0011.CB22.0123

MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # Buttion 1:30
MAC-CME( (config-ephone) # exit

MAC-CME(config) # telephony-service
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # create cnf-files
MAC-CME(config-telephony) # end
