🏡Remote Real Estate Cold Caller/ Telemarketer Position Available!🏡

We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Real Estate Cold Caller/Telemarketer to join our remote team. If you have a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellent Telemarketing service, we want to hear from you!

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional Telemarketing service.
- Research and market properties effectively.
- Negotiate property prices with precision.
- Assist clients in buying properties.
Working Hours:

- 4.5-hour shifts starting between 9 PM to 1:30 AM, including a 30-minute break (Fixed).
- 9-hour shifts starting between 6 PM to 2 AM, including a 1-hour break (Fixed).
Operational Days:

-5 days a week, Mon-Fri, with 2 days off (Fixed).

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in English.
- Stable internet connection (VDSL, 10 Mb/s download, 2 Mb/s upload minimum).
- Functioning USB headset.
- Ability to work from home.
- Laptop.
Salary & Incentives:

Part-time positions: 5000 EGP + 1500 EGP in performance incentives (KPIs). (6.5k)
Full-time positions: 11000 EGP + 2000 EGP in performance incentives (KPIs). (13k)
Example: 70 Qualified Leads = 11K Basic + 2K KPIs (13K EGP).
