What followed is a clear strategy, a no door policy! By clearing out all separations, and closing the envelope only if necessary. The presence of load bearing walls is enough of an obstacle as it is. So, to counter that, the communal work model was presented as the best possible solution.

As for the “necessary enclosures”, we’ve taken the difficulties and used them to our advantage. The floor with the most load bearing walls is the basement floor, which would house the offices with the most need for privacy. As you travel up to the ground floor, the largest enclosure was the grand meeting room. Followed by the first and second floor with the least need for privacy, giving us ample room for a mix of work and play.

A colorful journey of infinite visions, where color is subjectively unique to every eye. This space is symbolic of the physical process and nature of color, and how it behaves from outside the eye peeking into the brain. paints
