Emirates requires Senior Customer Sales and Services Agents in Cairo , Egypt

شروط التقديم Conditions
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات
Commercial/Sales.Other : 3+ Years
ان يكون حاصلا على الثانوية العامة او ما يعادلها
Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or equivalent
ان يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال مراكز الاتصال او مكتب الحجوزات مع شركة طيران او وكالة سفر
Experience in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry
ان يكون لديه خبرة التعامل مع برامج الحاسب الالي و الميكروسوفت
PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail
اجادة اللغة الانجليزية و اي لغة اخرى تعتبر ميزة اضافية
Fluent in English and additional language is advantage
