COSPE – Cooperation for the Development of Emerging Countries is looking for a Field Coordinator to support the implementation of the project “YOU(th)CARE 4 Planet – Youth Green Initiative for Change” in Egypt.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a EU-funded project focused on youth engagement, environmental sustainability, and community-based action.

📍 Location: Egypt (Cairo)
🕒 Contract: Full-time (3-month probation, with extension up to 12 months)

🔎 We are looking for someone with:

Experience in field coordination and development projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of the Egyptian context
Fluency in Arabic and English
