Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll support our marketing and project teams by designing print and digital materials that align with our brand. You’ll work on everything from brochures and signage to social media graphics and internal presentations.

Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics
Assist in developing visual content for project proposals and reports
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Collaborate with marketing and project managers to meet deadlines
Edit and retouch photography of construction projects
Support website updates with graphic elements when needed

Requirements:

1+ year of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work welcome)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong eye for layout, typography, and color
Understanding of print and digital design standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing design work

Nice to Have:

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere or similar)
Familiarity with construction or architecture industry
Knowledge of Canva or other quick-design tools
