Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator
LoadServ is hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator who can actually move projects forward

We’re looking for someone who:
keeps projects structured
spots problems early
pushes ex*****on forward and knows how to deal with both clients and technical teams

About LoadServ

LoadServ is a software house focused on custom-built digital solutions, including:
web platforms
mobile apps
internal systems and business-driven technical solutions

What You’ll Actually Do
Take over projects after sales handover and prepare them for ex*****on
Break down scope clearly and ensure everyone understands what’s included (and what’s not)
Run project kickoff and set the delivery structure
Follow up daily with developers, designers, and QA
Identify blockers early and escalate when needed
Keep clients informed with clear, structured updates
Push for missing inputs (content, approvals, access, etc.)
Distinguish between:
bug , refinement and change request
Support QA cycles, UAT, and final delivery

Requirements
2–5 years in project coordination or project management
Experience in a software house or custom software environment
Strong Arabic communication
Good English reading and writing
Clear understanding of:
•scope
•blockers
•dependencies
•QA
•deployment
Strong ownership and accountability

This Role is NOT for You If
You only track tasks without understanding the project
You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative
You avoid escalation when problems appear
You struggle to communicate clearly
You’ve only worked in non-technical environments

Nice to Have Experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Notion
