Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer (0–2 years of experience) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites while ensuring performance, security, and a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional WordPress pages.
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Keep websites up to date with the latest WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Follow best practices for SEO, performance optimization, and security.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in WordPress development (internships or freelance projects are acceptable).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme customization, and plugin usage.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Familiarity with MySQL and basic database concepts.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
