A district manager is required for immediate hiring.
Candidates must be based in Giza Governorate.
*Responsibilities and Job description:*
Recruitment and building a skilled talented team.
Coaching a medical sales representative team and leading it to achieve company's objectives.
Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territories.
Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
Secure an excellent business relation with Key customers.
Engage and follow up with Key opinion leaders.
Drive the company's growth based on the targets and policies.
Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territories.
Provide reports to management regarding team status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews as well as reporting daily activity on E-TMS Automated system for territory management.
Following up his team members reports and field activity.
Joining his team members in field activity for checking , guidance and coaching.
Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market for himself as well as his team members.
Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes

Qualifications

Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine or science graduate.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self motivated, hard worker, team player.
Ability to adapt and comprehend complicated data in a relatively fast manner.
Previous experience in a similar post is required
An excellent training program will be provided to successful candidates before market access.
