* Collaborate with other departments to understand the objective of the business and change it to strategy that will benefit the business

* provide art directon and guide designers copywriters and other memebers of the team
* manage multiple projects at the same time and make sure delivered on time
* conduct evaluation about their performance and mentorship sessions to nurture the skills and talent of the team
