Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the developing, maintaining, and updating visually appealing, user-friendly, and functionally robust web based applications.
● Build efficient, high-performance, modular, reusable front-end UI components and modules, and couple them together into a functional app.
● Advise and collaborate with the backend team on building our web framework.
● Execute development projects plan in an Agile-focused environment with focus on fast-paced delivery and thoughtful iterations.
● Perform hands-on development work using React (SSR)
● Develop and implement systems using best practices and tools. Document their usage and communicate them with other team members.
● Be creative and experiment with new solutions but pragmatic and committed to code optimization, maintainability, and quality.
● Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scale.
● Build a final product that includes React, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and animations based on the delivered artistic design and a few HTML templates.
● Integrating the newly developed modules with our current running application.
Qualifications:
● University degree (BSc) in Software Engineering or similar background.
● 3+ years of professional experience in software development preferably in production teams close to the customer.
● Experience in front end web technologies and frameworks: React, HTML, CSS, Javascript
● Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
● Comfortable with a development environment that includes React, js, CSS
● Knowledge of software engineering best practices and tools.
● Knowledge of unit testing is a plus
● Knowledge of Next.js is a plus
Role within a scrum setup:
● Understand the Scrum framework, and believe in the mindset of agility.
● Help achieve the company’s and people’s goals by expressing new ideas, addressing problems and innovating solutions.
● Participating in the retrospectives with feedback about pros. And cons. within the practice and sharing new ideas.
