Job Description : Sales Executive

- Lead generation: Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities within the target market.
-Sales Targets: Develop and meet sales targets and goals.
-Initial Needs assessment: Conduct initial needs assessments and solution presentations for prospective clients.
- Team Engagement: Collaborate with Presales and technical team to develop proposals, presentations, demos and various solution proposals to introduce the company's products to potential customers.
- Business development activities: Participate in business development activities such as attending industry events and conferences.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all sales activities and opportunities.
- Closing deals: Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage ongoing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Customer retention: Achieve high levels of customer retention and referral rates.
-Sales analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new product and service offerings.

Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High school degree
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software sales or related sales.
