We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Understanding the company services.
• Present and sell service/s using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare clients list to visit and present the services
• Answering the clients concerns and questioning about the services and any inquiries related to the price quotation and the contract terms and conditions via phone calls or emails
• Offering aftersales services to the current clients
• Prepare customer’s needs analysis and send price quotations accordingly.
• Working on reaching a win win deal.
• Keep a record of all the clients; current and prospective
• Welcoming and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible of clients’ satisfaction, expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and build a good rapport.
• Prepare and submit contract for the leads’ deals.
• Obtain the Deposit; either in cash or checks and hand it to the Accounting department.
• Prepare a weekly report about the visits’ outcomes to the Direct Manager.
Requirments: (Qualifications, Skills, and others)
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Sales course is preferable.
• Experience of 2 years or above is required
• Fluency in English speaking, writing and reading
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• People oriented.
• Information-gathering skills
• Collaborative skills
• Willing to work independently
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Proficiency in appointments scheduling.
• The ability to multitask

• Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
