RSC EHS Inspector is required for immediate hiring for one of Ericsson’s projects.
Roles:
1. Plan and follow-up EHS planned activities in daily basis.
2. Conducts Remote EHS Remote inspections.
3. Identify improvement areas in RSC EHS Inspection process, checklist and Ways of Working.
4. Incident Investigation training and Skills.
5. Able to conduct Remote work activity audits, be able to identify hazard in second, from videos and photos.
6. Identify non-conformities and investigate complaints with regards to ASP teams and implement appropriate corrective actions.
7. Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy.
8. Business and Customer Oriented and satisfaction.
9. Knowledge about Ericsson business and governance model.
10. Adhering to principles and values.
Years of Experience& Certifications:
1. Min 5 years working in EHS role and recommended to be within Telecommunications sector.
2. Must Have International OHS Certification (NEBOSH…….)

• Graduated from Communication Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in the telecom field.
• Good knowledge in 2G/3G/LTE/IMS/EPC network architecture.
• Good command of English (writing & speaking).
• Experience in using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Be able to work on shift basis (12 hours/shift).
• Work under pressure/Motivated/Team player/Good communication skills/Accountable/Understand customer needs /Change agent/Winning spirit
• Military service is postponed or exempted.
• Any programming language is a plus.
