Sherif Abdel Hamid holds a PH. D from Ain Shams University.
He is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of experience in strategy development, financial management and organization restructuring and compensation systems development, besides vast experience in the Egyptian and Gulf region and has worked with numerous industries and clients from the private, public and governmental sectors.

CGC has been our client for years. Currently we are excited to be working on their 5-year strategy that shall help them grow their reach to push banks to lend MSMEs. CGC works directly with banks to partially cover the risk of default of banks to promote MSME lending in Egypt. Their aim the coming 5 years is high, to guarantee credit to MSMEs worth billions of EGP. We assessed the organization, mapped their processes, built the foundation for the strategy and are currently setting KPIs for everyone involved so this unique organization can reach its aim.
