We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing activities through compelling visual content and effective marketing initiatives. The role combines graphic design expertise with marketing ex*****on to enhance brand visibility, support campaigns, and drive audience engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design creative marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, catalogs, and advertisements.

- Develop engaging social media content, including static posts, GIFs, animations, and short videos.

- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

- Support event branding requirements, including booth designs, backdrops, promotional materials, and giveaways.

- Edit photos, videos, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.

Marketing & Communications

- Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.

- Manage and update company social media channels and content calendars.

- Coordinate event participation, sponsorships, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

- Assist in creating marketing plans and promotional strategies.

Support lead generation initiatives and customer communication campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Coordinate with sales teams to develop marketing materials that support business objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.

Knowledge of branding and corporate identity development.

- Photography and videography skills are a plus.

- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
