Network Technical Support Engineer
Job location: Qwesna, Menofyia, Egypt (Transportation is provided)
Job Description:
1-Implementation, provisioning & troubleshooting for Routers and Switches, Wireless and Security solutions.
2-Providing support to end users in the selection, acquisition, usage, and maintenance of software
programs and hardware.
3-Managing and troubleshooting the physical network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connections.
4-Contributing to define the technical specifications for hardware and consequently in line with the need of work.
Requirements:
Certification: CCNA is a must
Education: Bachelor Degree,
Computer Engineering preferable
Experience: 0:2 years maximum
