Preconditions for Permanent Residence Permit:
The applicant should:

1. Invest a minimum of 150,000 EURO in Property.
2. Have a minimum annual income of €30,000 deriving from abroad, from legal sources. For every dependent person, an extra €5,000 is required.
3. Provide solid evidence that he is able to cover all his family’s needs in money for the long run (and all the money should be available from activities abroad). The more money the applicant deposits in a Cypriot bank, the better he will serve his application procedure.
4. Possess a clean criminal record.
5. Sign a statement confirming that he/she has no intention to work or be engaged in any form of active business in Cyprus.
6. Visit Cyprus at least once every two years.
