Junior Secretary
A leading International Company needs to hire a Junior Secretary as follows:
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Administration Department.
Assists the Deputy Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling routine administrative duties, preparing documentation, supporting payment and expense settlements.
Handle correspondence, filing (digital/physical), scheduling, and document preparation.
Manage office supplies, coordinating approvals.
Updating and monitoring contracts renewal dates
Translate and upload invoices to the company system.
File all related documents for reference and audit.
Maintain employee records and leave tracking.
Support HR in relevant processes (such as training, seminars etc).
Respond to employee inquiries regarding general HR matters.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
o Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role
o Gender: Male or Female
o Fluency in both Arabic and English
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
o High attention to detail and confidentiality
o Knowledge of basic accounting/expense settlement procedures (preferred)
