Junior Secretary

A leading International Company needs to hire a Junior Secretary as follows:
Responsibilities :
 Provide administrative support to the Administration Department.
 Assists the Deputy Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling routine administrative duties, preparing documentation, supporting payment and expense settlements.
 Handle correspondence, filing (digital/physical), scheduling, and document preparation.
 Manage office supplies, coordinating approvals.
 Updating and monitoring contracts renewal dates
 Translate and upload invoices to the company system.
 File all related documents for reference and audit.
 Maintain employee records and leave tracking.
 Support HR in relevant processes (such as training, seminars etc).
 Respond to employee inquiries regarding general HR matters.
Qualifications:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
o Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role
o Gender: Male or Female
o Fluency in both Arabic and English
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
o High attention to detail and confidentiality
o Knowledge of basic accounting/expense settlement procedures (preferred)
