Aiming to develop e-commerce and digital trade in the MENA region, to enhance business opportunities and to foster decent job creation through close cooperation between public and private stakeholders.

Egypt has a dynamic digital trade ecosystem, showcasing the country’s ongoing efforts to advance e-commerce and support businesses in expanding into international markets.

Co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented jointly by GIZ and the International Trade Centre (ITC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and national partners.
