About ATAM Group:
ATAM Group operates primarily in the Information Technology (IT) sector, with additional strategic partnerships across other industries. We are looking for a creative and strategic marketer to help build and grow the group’s brand presence.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for marketing ATAM Group as a whole, not just executing tasks, but actively contributing to strategy, creativity, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and strategies for the group.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Create marketing designs (social media posts, banners, visuals).

Produce marketing videos (Reels, short videos, promotional content).

Manage and create content for social media platforms.

Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Maintain and enhance the group’s branding and visual identity.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.

Ability to design independently (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools).

Experience in video creation and editing (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).

Strong understanding of branding and brand positioning.

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks.

Preferably experienced in IT or service-based companies.

Strong portfolio showcasing designs and videos is a must.

Additional Notes:

The position is open to all genders – selection is based on skills and quality of work only.

Work Mode:

Hybrid

Office attendance is required on designated days.
