Requirements:
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Export Sales
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of export documents
• Strong relationships with shipping companies and Egyptian customs
• Good understanding of international trade agreements with Egypt
• Experience with the “Nafeza” system
• Ability to meet targets
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

A well known company located in Badr city is hiring Telesales Representative:
Responsibilities:
• Convert leads for the company through all channels.
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products.
• Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive.
• Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
• Proven sales experience (1-3 years preferred) furniture sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication / Time Management/ Time Management skills.
• Good presentation skills/ Represntable
• Good Communication in English .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Shifts:
Fixed shift from 9 am to 5 pm.
2 Days off (Friday & Saturday).
