" Ethernet Motion Controller", concept to production
From the R&D Department.
The system aims to control the Mechanical motion unit by taking feedback (two angles) from the server database with ethernet UDP protocol as a client and with a comparison with user Angles set values, the system takes those angles to drive the unit by RS232 by Baseboard UART.

Starting from identifying system requirements and main components the procedures are as follows Hardware design and power calculation, Circuit schematics of two boards, Creating a 2-layer PCB layout, Soldering components, developing software code from Ground-up for 2 MCU and integrating both boards with external component.
The testing phase comes after each step of the process to verify the system compatibility and performance.
