Hospital Manager

Job Description
• Oversees, plans, manages, directs, and controls the overall performance of the hospital.
• Manages the different department performance aligning to the overall business objective.
• Oversees and directs the day to day operation of the hospital.
• Formulates the objectives and policies of the hospital to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Develops and implements hospital quality standards for optimal operating procedures to ensure that the hospital meets its objectives.
• Follows up on the achievement of the strategic objectives of the hospital.
• Manages the budget and financial costs in order to lead the hospital to maximum and efficient profitability.
• Plans and maintains optimal employees staffing in the hospital to assure maximum productivity.
• Responsible for overall client/patient satisfaction within the hospital.
• Oversees the building, inventories, and equipment maintenance and housekeeping standards.
• Manages the relation of the hospital with governmental offices to assure that the hospital follows the legislative standards.
• Assures client/patient medical/surgical records and up to date.
• Oversees and directs the marketing activities and plans.
• Oversees and directs Outpatient department expansions and monitor hospital consultants.
• Oversees and approves recruitment committee selection of new hospital staff.
• Oversees and directs the cash flow management.
• Reviews patient financial balance status.
Job Requirements
• Ideal candidate is a graduate from the faculty of medicine with post graduate degrees in hospital management.
• Experience in hospital administration and managerial level is a must.
