We are looking for an senior Motion Graphics Designer to create and manage video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media.
Create and deliver enticing video materials in various formats such as animation, motion graphics and infographics for different purposes and platforms.
Staying up to date and hands-on the latest graphic design techniques.
Study design briefs and determine requirements, prepare initial drafts and present ideas.
Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for different motion graphic projects to achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand, using appropriate colors and layouts for each drawing.
Ensure that graphics and final designs are visually appealing and brand-compliant and modify designs after feedback.
Participate in brainstorming, rough drafts, and design mock-up ideas along with the marketing and design team.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - College of Applied Arts or College of Fine Arts or Engineering is preferred
A strong, rich portfolio of illustrations or other graphics proof of ability to convey business messaging through motion graphics.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
3+ years experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, premiere pro, after effects, audition, etc. and popular plugins.
Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, transitions, color correction, and audio mixing.
Passion for motion design and storytelling.
