Learning and Development Consultant

Job Description:
Cortex International prides itself on delivering efficient, effective training solutions across a wide range of industries. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our technical team. We’re currently searching for an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an excellent business acumen and a proven ability to diagnose customer development

Objectives of this Role:
- Strategize, design, and develop training programs that helps to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop training assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain material standards of quality, and people engagement.
- Manage customer relationship to ensure effective implementation and highest customer satisfaction.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with clients to diagnose workplace performance gaps and evaluate learning opportunities
- Write training proposals and negotiate different terms with customer to reach agreement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop, training material, required resources, and delivery plan for new programs
- Manage the process of trainers’ orientation and handover for new training programs and set process for trainers’ evaluation.
- Analyze business trends and develop training materials which covers future business needs.
- Develop interactive training tools and gamified programs.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 7+ years in training or performance development role (preference given to those with instructional design experience)
- Experience linking between performance gaps and learning solutions
- Exceptional technical writing and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of digital training
- Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- Previous stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic and animation design software
- Proven proposal writing experience
