Specialized Construction Company is in charge of post-tensioning works for concrete slabs of 28 clusters & towers in the R5 Project in New Administrative Capital in Egypt, with BUA of 1,700,000 m2 of PT slabs equivalent to 9000 ton of PT which is considered to be the largest scope of post tension slabs in Egypt for a single project and one of the biggest zones in R5 project.
SCC is very proud to reach the impressive achievement of productivity rate for post-tensioning works that reaches over 65,000 m2/month which is equivalent to 300 tons per month!
