Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing and attraction: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage with qualified candidates with technical expertise.
- Candidate evaluation and assessment: Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including resume screening, and behavioral interviews to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Data-driven approach: Utilize recruitment metrics and analysis to track and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Recruitment Marketing and branding.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in tech recruitment.
- Fresh graduate is more than welcome to apply.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical professionals.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.
