Position: Cost Accounting Supervisor / Senior Cost Accountant
Location: Egypt
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 40k-70k++

Responsibilities:
Manage cost accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in cost control and financial reporting.
Analyze manufacturing costs, identify variances, and propose cost optimization strategies.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and other financial regulations.
Develop and maintain cost models for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Conduct financial analysis to support pricing decisions and profitability assessments.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to enhance cost efficiencies.
Prepare periodic cost reports and management dashboards for decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in cost accounting within industrial/manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or DipIFR (ACCA) are an advantage.
Experience with inventory valuation & cost allocation techniques.
