.beyn debut album was a ride we went through it, photography, stop-motion, layered graphic imagery every frame was sewn with the Egyptian-Palestinian soul of Mariam, her voice which moves through the diversity of cultures, human conflicts, and surreal shifts in perspectives.

Ma-Beyn // مَابَيّنْ lived everywhere in the process, between realities, between the political and the personal, between what you hold close and what you let go.

“أي باب ستفتحه، سيشكلك، فتحنا الاثنين”
What doors have you opened that you had no idea what was behind? Which door will we open? The one we fear or the door we want to enter?

The music and lyrics triggered countless questions and assumptions within me, ones I’ve since revisited with deeper thought. As this was more than a project, it was a journey shared with artists whose vision and humanity left a lasting imprint on me, and who will always hold a treasured place in my heart.
