We’re looking for a passionate and creative Senior Marketer to lead and manage our marketing and branding activities — both online and offline.

🎯 Role Overview:
The Senior Marketer will be responsible for managing Armstrong’s brand presence, social media strategy, and on-ground marketing activities. This role combines creativity and strategy to ensure consistent communication of our brand’s message across all channels.

💼 Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s branding strategy and visual identity.
Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
Oversee social media content, posting schedule, and engagement plans.
Manage and evaluate ads performance and analytics to optimize campaigns.
Coordinate giveaways, promotional items, and marketing materials.
Support event planning, school activations, and other on-ground marketing efforts.
Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
Build partnerships and handle communication with external marketing vendors.

📋 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing or branding.
Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in both online and offline marketing is a plus.
Creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Videographer to join our team!

🎯 Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels) that highlight our educational programs, team culture, and projects. We’re looking for someone passionate about visuals, storytelling, and social media content creation — whether you’re experienced or just starting your career.

💼 Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit engaging Reels and short videos for our social media platforms.
Capture and edit high-quality marketing and promotional videos.
Film in both studio and on-site locations (schools, offices, events, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video ideas.
Edit videos optimized for different social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Add captions, transitions, and light motion graphics when needed.

📋 Requirements:
Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Creativity, passion for social media trends, and willingness to learn.
Strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
Previous experience, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
