The leading Buy Now Pay Later platform in the MENA region ValU has recently announced its investment in the live shopping app “Hoods” which is considered to be a unique eCommerce experience in the Middle east that mixes entertainment and online shopping.

This step is a part of ValU’s strategy to invest in what helps them achieve their goal of upgrading their customers’ lifestyle, and coping with the “Virtual Shopping” trends that is growing rapidly.

Breadfast became one of the important apps in Egyptians' daily life... WHY? Here are the reasons:

1- Nice idea
Breadfast founders Mostafa Amin, Abdallah Nofal, and Mohamed Habib found that there’s a real problem to get fresh bakery to your door, so they came up with “Breadfast” ideas in 2017, an application to deliver fresh bakeries just in minutes.

2- Fund
Breadfast company succeeded to get funded from YCombinator which is an international American organization that provide funds for early stage startups.

3- Developing
Founders of Breadfast decided to exploit the funds they have gotten to expand in many other places in Egypt and develop their services and their infrastructure so they could deliver in 20 minutes or less.

4- New items
The application started to include new other items more than just bakeries, like fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, and groceries.

5- More fund to come
Breadfast founders could convince the businessman Mohamed El-Sewidi to invest in the app with $1M.

In 2021 they got $26M which raised the total investments to $33M, and this helped the founders to expand more and update the app to be more inclusive to deliver customers the best experience.

6- Expanding
Breadfast now includes more than 2500 products. The company plans to deliver to more than 5M customers inside Egypt, and to expand in the MENA region in the coming years.

المهام و المسؤليات:

- عمل الاجتماعات اليوميه مع أعضاء الفريق لمناقشة خط سير الرحلة وتوزيع خط سير الرحلة الجديد
- حل مشاكل العملاء وازالة المعوقات التي تواجه جميع افراد الفريق
- المتابعة بشكل دوري مع العملاء ومراجعة عمل المندوب أثناء زيارة العميل وعبر الهاتف
- تدريب الموظفين المعينين حديثا على دورة التشغيل وسياسة العمل
- مسئول عن توزيع المبيعات لكل المناطق
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية لضمان مبيعات فعالة
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن منافسة مبيعات السوق
- حل مشاكل العملاء وتذليل العقبات التي تواجه عملية البيع
- إدارة عملية الوصول إلى العملاء المحتملين و مشاركة أفكار وحلول لتحقيق الأهداف
- المتابعة بشكل دوري مع العملاء
- التوجه الى العملاء الحاليين وحل مشاكلهم
- إجراء زيارات للسوق بانتظام
- تحليل احتياجات الاسواق للمساعدة في تلبية متطلبات السوق الخاصة بالعملاء
- دراسة مدى امكانية توفير الفرص لفتح اسواق بيع جديدة داخل القاهرة وخارجها

متطلبات الوظيفة:

- خبرة 5 سنوات متصلة في مجال الاشراف البيعي الخارجي
- مؤهل عالى مناسب
- يشترط خبرة سابقة 4 سنوات على الاقل فى مجال المبيعات
