ليليان هي أيضا شريك مؤسس لشركة BoomTech و Boom Marketing ، وإستشارية ومدربة إدارة الأعمال
تخرجت ليليان من كلية الإقتصاد والعلوم السياسية جامعة القاهرة عام 2005 تخصص علوم سياسية، وعملت في عدة مجالات. ثم في عام 2010 بدأت في دراسة دبلومة متخصصة في إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، لتحقق حلمها في التخصص في الموارد البشرية

Lilian is also Co-Founder at BoomTech, Co-Founder & Managing Director at Boom Marketing, and a Business Consultant & Trainer

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University in 2005, majoring in Political Science, and worked in several fields. In 2010, she studied for her diploma in Human Resources Management at the American University in Cairo, to achieve her dream as a specialist in Human Resources Management.

أثناء دراستها، عملت بإحدي الشركات في قسم الموارد البشرية؛ و بعد انتهاء الدبلومة أكملت دراستها بالأكاديمية العربية لتكنولوجيا العلوم والنقل البحري في ماجستير الموارد البشرية (عام 2011-2013). وفي خلال هذه الفترة بدأت بجانب الوظيفة العمل في مجال الإستشارات والتدريب.

While studying, she worked in the HR department of a company. After completing her diploma, she started her master degree in Human Resources at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (2011-2013). It was during this time that she started working in the consulting and training, in addition to her job at the company.

عملت معيدة (بارت تايم) بالأكاديمية العربية لتكنولوجيا العلوم والنقل البحري حيث قامت بتدريس مواد إدارة الأعمال لمدة عامين. حصلت باسكال أيضا علي الدكتوراة من جامعة عين شمس . في عام 2017 أسست شركتها في مجال الإستشارات الإدارية وإعادة هيكلة وتطوير المنشآت والتدريب في جميع التخصصات و التوظيف للشركات.

وقامت منذ حينها بتنظيم 10 مؤتمرات للعاملين بالموارد البشرية، وتقوم حاليا بالتجهيز لإنعقاد المؤتمر الحادى عشر خلال شهر رمضان المبارك.

She also worked part time as a TA at the AASTMT. She taught business administration for two years. She also obtained her PhD at Ain Shams University.

In 2017, she established her company in Management Consultation, Organizational Restructuring and Development, Training & Recruitment.

She has organized 10 conferences for HR professionals since then and she is currently preparing for the 11th conference that will be held during the month of Ramadan.
