🏢 A Leading Real Estate Development Company is Hiring: Executive Office Manager
📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
👤 Reporting to: Chairman of the Board
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Chairman’s office operations with a high level of efficiency and professionalism
Organize meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and handle internal and external correspondence
Maintain the Chairman’s schedule, travel arrangements, and appointments
Follow up on decisions and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality and discretion
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate development or large corporations
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional, well-presented, and with exceptional communication skills
