Cilantro is looking for Customer relationship Management Coordinator to join their CRM team

Main Job Duties:
1. Handle incoming Customers' phone calls/ messages.
2. Collect feedback from customers: phone/interviews.
3. Report customer complaints.
4. Maintain a database of customers.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner

Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience at least one year with CRM Background
2. Computer skills/ English Language.
2. Interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities.
