• Sales B2B experience is a must.
• Has IT field background is Preferred
• Has previous experience in the real estate field is high recommended
• Experience setting sales goals
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Generate sales leads and determine qualified leads.
• Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Create exceptional sales approaches for prospective clients
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• Implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Running and handling accounts' paid Ads campaigns over Facebook, Instagram, twitter, linkedin and google.
• Determinate budget, monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
• Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the accounts.
• Posting, Maintaining and following up all social media platforms.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
