APEX-FI provides Advanced NDT, Inspection Engineering, and Asset Integrity Services to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors. Our capabilities include PAUT, TOFD, PEC, CRT, IRIS, RFT, tank calibration, dimensional inspection, and asset integrity assessment.

Position Summary
The Operations & Planning Engineer will plan and coordinate Conventional & Advanced NDE and Asset Integrity projects from tendering to close-out, ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan NDE and Asset Integrity projects throughout all project phases, from tendering to final reporting and close-out.
Review and analyze client technical specifications, codes, standards, and scope of work to ensure proper ex*****on planning and compliance.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including methodology, resource estimation, and ex*****on strategy.
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, inspection techniques, and project logistics in alignment with project requirements and operational priorities.
Monitor and control project ex*****on, quality performance, and schedule, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Coordinate with inspection teams, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
Support and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, inspection procedures, and project documentation control.
Utilize MS Office and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance planning efficiency, reporting, data management, and overall operational productivity.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
Minimum 5 years of experience in NDT, inspection operations, or Asset Integrity projects, preferably within Oil & Gas or Industrial sectors.
Knowledge of NDE techniques is required; familiarity with Advanced NDE & Asset Integrity methods such as PAUT, TOFD, PEC, CRT, IRIS, and RFT will be considered a strong advantage.
Proven experience in project planning, resource coordination, and inspection ex*****on.
Familiarity with international codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic technical environment
