2- Limited Investment: Investment in the animation industry is relatively low in Egypt compared to other countries. This lack of funding hinders the development of new projects and the growth of existing studios.

3- Talent Shortage: While Egypt has a pool of talented artists and designers, there is a shortage of skilled animators with the specific expertise required for animation production. This lack of talent can limit the quality and quantity of animation output.

4- Intellectual Property Issues: Protecting intellectual property rights is a concern in Egypt, which can discourage creators from investing in animation projects. The fear of piracy and unauthorized use of their work can deter many from entering the industry.

5- Economic Challenges: Egypt's economy has faced various challenges in recent years, including political instability and economic downturn. These factors can divert resources away from the creative industries, including animation.

Despite these challenges, there are signs of growth in Egypt's animation sector. A few independent studios and animation schools are emerging, offering training and opportunities for aspiring animators.
