عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رضي الله عنه قَالَ : ( أَوْصَانِي حَبِيبِي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِثَلَاثٍ لَنْ أَدَعَهُنَّ مَا عِشْتُ : بِصِيَامِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ، وَصَلَاةِ الضُّحَى ، وَبِأَنْ لَا أَنَامَ حَتَّى أُوتِرَ )
