π― What You'll Do:
β’ Build and optimize e-commerce marketing funnels
β’ Launch and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
β’ Manage acquisition, retargeting, and conversion strategies
β’ Analyze performance metrics and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
β’ Develop audience segmentation and scaling strategies
β’ Collaborate with creative and content teams to maximize results

Requirements:
β’ Strong experience in Saudi ecommerce
β’ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Analytics
β’ Deep understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels
β’ Experience with retargeting and customer journey optimization
β’ Proven success managing e-commerce and branding campaigns
π Preferred:
β’ Experience with Saudi beauty and cosmetics brands
β’ Experience with Salla or Zid stores
β’ Understanding of GCC consumer behavior

π¦ What Weβre Looking For:

5+ years of experience managing or scaling e-commerce businesses (Saudi market exposure is a must)
β
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations (store, logistics, CX, performance)
β
Deep understanding of Saudi customer behavior, trust drivers, and online buying journey
β
Experience coordinating logistics, fulfillment, and customer service operations
β
Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of KPIs (conversion, AOV, CAC, margins, etc.)
β
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams
β
Ability to build processes, dashboards, and operating structures from scratch
β
Proven ability to execute quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
π― What Youβll Do:
π Lead the launch and setup of the Saudi business from zero to live operations
π Own full day-to-day business performance including revenue, profitability, and KPIs
π Manage and optimize e-commerce performance (conversion, offers, merchandising, UX)
π Coordinate logistics, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
π€ Manage external partners (agencies, developers, designers, freelancers)
π Track and report weekly performance across commercial and operational metrics
βοΈ Identify bottlenecks and execute fast, practical solutions
π¦ Build processes, dashboards, and operational workflows
π‘ Ensure premium brand experience across the full customer journey
